Do you deliver to my Pin-code?
We deliver to most pin-codes all across India. If you want to find out if we deliver to your pin code, you can contact us on our Chat Support or send us an Email at support@bugandbees.com.
What are the delivery charges for my order?
Yes, we offer full refunds for prepaid orders.
Please note, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a handling fee of ₹100 is charged. This charge is non-refundable in case of return or cancellation.
When will I receive my order?
Once an Order is placed, it takes 1-3 working days to ship the order from our warehouse. However, when will you receive the order depends on your location and area pin code.
What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?

Can I change my delivery location after placing an order?
After an order is placed, you will not be able to change the delivery location. Please make sure you enter correct address while placing an order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, no. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, we would suggest you to place multiple orders.
